Three Phase Unbalanced Circuits: Analysis of three phase unbalanced delta and star connected loads, star to delta conversion method, mesh current method, neutral displacement method, measurement of power in three phase unbalanced loads. - 10 hrs.
Resonant Circuits: Resonance in series and parallel circuits by frequency, inductance and capacitance variation, half power frequencies, bandwidth. - 8 hrs.
Coupled Circuits: MMF, magnetic flux, reluctance, flux density, self and mutual inductances, self induced emf and mutually induced emf, coefficient of coupling, dot rule, coupled coils in series and parallel, conductively coupled equivalent circuit of magnetically coupled circuits, analysis of coupled circuits. - 10 hrs.
Two Port Networks: Two port parameters, Z, Y, T and h parameters, relationship between the parameters, input and output impedances in terms of two port parameters, interconnection of two port networks – series, parallel and cascade connections. - 12 hrs.
