At a minimum calculate the full scale force in Netwons and compare it to the value calculated by the program. Also, calculate the number of stars expected for the first three or four measurements and the largest measurement and compare the result to the number of stars on the corresponding line in your output file.

You could also use a spreadsheet program to plot the mV data converted to Newtons and compare the plots.
