Coagulation Homework

PE-674, Winter '99-'00, Dr. C. S. Tritt

Due 12/13

Work with the other students in your class to divide this assignment such that you each contribute equally.  Review each textbook required in the Perfusion program for information on coagulation (hemostasis).  Write a brief summary of the approach used in each book.  Stress differences between the books.  Some books will have traditional cascade approaches like Hensley & Martin.  Others might use approaches that are more modern.   Finally, draw a diagram that you feel illustrates the relationships among the components of the coagulation system.
