Notes and Comments:

Originally based on April 3, 2003 transfer guidelines document; combined with the ME, BE, CE and EE program specific tables and program directors; further combined with input from ME, AE, IE, MA, PH, GS & EE department chairs or program directors.

In ICAS course codes, CE indicates Civil Engineering (not Computer Engineering) and Electrical Engineering courses have both EC and EE designations.

An entry in the “Old” column indicates the course is not in the most recent ICAS catalog I have ('06-'07).

I suggest programs waive OR-100 Freshman Orientation; require Transfer Orientation (OR-301 or OR-307S). I also suggest granting transfer credit for or waiving discipline specific introductory courses (EE-100, BE-103, etc.).

HU-100 (Contemporary Issues in Humanities) must be taken at MSOE.
